Dedicated Account Executives

Each of our commercial clients have access to a dedicated Account Executive who can be contacted on his or her direct line or mobile.

Your Account Executive will know you and your business and will be there to give advice and help with any problems.

Our Suppliers

We have very strong relationships with the insurers we deal with, and in most instances our team and the insurer’s underwriting and claims staff will have done business together for many years.

This means that we can usually rely on insurers to give us assistance when we need it to the benefit of our clients.

Value for money

Our aim is to ensure that you have the right cover with the right insurer at the right price.

Cost is important, but it is especially true in insurance that cutting costs can sometimes mean cutting cover.

We see our role as providing you with the options and advice necessary to make the decisions you think are right for you.

Long Term Relationships

We look for long-term partnerships with our customers, not to ‘cash-in’ over a period of 2 or 3 years.

Many of our clients have been with us for 10 years, and some as long as 30 years or more, demonstrating the confidence they have in our expertise and our service.
